Welcome to Trade Africa Hub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products, services, and specifically our trading bots (the “Bots”). By using any part of Trade Africa Hub’s offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Trade Africa Co’s products and services, including our AI trading bots (e.g., Greenlight Packages), analysis tools, and related offerings (“Bots”, “Products”, or “Services”). By purchasing or using any of our services, you (“Client”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. Products and Services
Trade Africa Hub provides various financial tools and services, including but not limited to:
- AI-Powered Trading Bots
- Market Analysis Tools
- Educational Resources
- Signals and Alerts
- Customizable Risk Management Systems
Our bots are designed to aid in decision-making and automated trading across financial markets.
3. Product Use & License
- The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bots and digital tools for personal use only.
- You agree to follow any technical requirements, platform compatibility guidelines, and recommended settings shared by Trade Africa Hub.
- Resale, duplication, or reverse engineering of our Bots is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions or one-time payments for the Bots and services must be paid according to the pricing listed on the Trade Africa website or official communication channels.
- Trade Africa may adjust pricing or package contents with prior notice.
- Users are responsible for ensuring timely renewals if on a subscription model.
5. Warranty and Performance Assurance
We warrant that our products and services are developed to perform as advertised. If you believe the Bot does not meet advertised results under reasonable conditions, you are entitled and obligated to request a refund in line with our refund policy (see Section 6).
6. Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are available if:
- The Bot fails to deliver advertised functionality or results under normal use.
- You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
- You provide evidence of the issue (e.g., logs, screenshots, platform settings).
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after evaluation. Requests submitted beyond the refund window or without supporting proof may be denied.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the correct setup and platforms compatible with our bots.
- Following recommended usage guidelines and risk management strategies.
- Understanding that trading involves risk and Trade Africa Hub is not liable for losses incurred due to user decisions or market volatility.
6. No Financial Advice
Trade Africa Hub does not offer financial advice. All services and products are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Decisions made based on our tools are at the sole discretion of the user.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and technology provided by Trade Africa Hub are the exclusive property of Trade Africa Hub and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Africa Hub shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or capital due to market fluctuations.
- Performance discrepancies caused by user error or third-party interference.
9. Modifications to Terms
Trade Africa Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
