We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our trading services. If you are not satisfied with our trading classes, you are eligible for an accountable percentage refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tradeafricahub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria:

– Returns are only accepted for trading courses serivces directly from Trade Africa.

– Returns must be provided RMA number visible on the package.

2. Refunds

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 30 business days.

2.2 Non-Refundable conditions

– API Integration costs and trading software are non-refundable.
